Is it a crime to voice over young children cartoons with sexually explicit speech and post to youtube?

So here's the deal, My 3 year old daughter and I were streaming My Little Pony videos on youtube.. I left for a moment to use the bathroom, a minute later I came back to this

I don't know if these videos were made by kids who think they are being funny or by pedophiles trying to lure kids...

Anyway, would this be considered a crime against children? My blood is boiling right now... I can't even explain how mad I am right now.

EDIT- 48 seconds into the first video is when the sick crap starts and about the same time for the second video as well..

Update 2:

Southpark comes with a warning label, these videos aren't even age restricted

    No it's not a crime. It's just some people being stupid. You know, like South Park.

    Next time, be sure you're streaming from official sources, not random strangers on YouTube.
