When one is asleep the body is at rest
and I believe the Mind gets to go where it chooses
When one dies all they do
is shed the physical body and return home

Slept means sleepng with tensn nd making it sure that the prblm will finsh as he opnd his eyes.. dead means to get rid from this world bt u knw to know this best is that u apply both things on u dear.. u wl get instant answer

If you sleep- it is a natural form of rest, healthy. One does it every night. You will wake up.
Being dead is being deceased. You won't wake up- your heart stops. Usually happens when you are older, or in an accident, such as a car crash, or if you have a serious illness, such as cancer.
