Call 911? But you should move in with your mom and I don't think it's very safe for you to live with your dad and bro + that's just sick and disgusting.

Now he sees how easy it is, he might push it further next time. Either get proof so you can charge him with attempted rape, or get out of there. Children learn from their parents. Where is your mother in all of this?
