I AM AN IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!?

I use head and shoulders on my face and it works great for acne. I tried an overnight treatment and wake up to chemical burns. Help help help help help help!

    try some saline solution on it too sooth it

    call your doctor and get the help you need
