If you liked Mirai Nikki you might like Btoom! or Deadman Wonderland. Another good one for blood and guts is Gantz, but it doesn't have the same feel as Mirai Nikki. And there's a trilogy of movies called Mardock Scramble that's got plenty of action and gore, and it pretty unique as far as anime goes.
