Who to compare Leonardo da Vinci to?
I have a history project where I have to compare a ancient historical figure to a modern historical figure, and the person I got for ancient historical figure is Leonardo da Vinci, but I'm having trouble thinking of someone modern to compare him to. I was thinking maybe someone who is fickle since Leonardo da Vinci was an extremely fickle person. Any help will be appreciated :D thx
Oh by the way, it's ok if the person is not an artist or scientist, but it will help.

Da Vinci was the Jack-of all-Trades in his era. As loryntoo said, he was an artist, sculptor, inventor, scientist, businessman, and visionary. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Ben Franklin, Thomas Edison, Thomas Kinkade, Grandma Moses, and Andy Warhol might fit in some of those categories. And Thanx.

Da Vinci was an inventor, an artist, and a businessman. Yup, he knew how to promote himself and get those top jobs. He also had apprentices and journeymen for the unimportant work.
Bill Gates is an inventor and businessman. So was Steve Jobs.

Nikola Tesla. Both were crazy inventors.
