No. I don't smoke, never have smoked and hate it, but I would not support making it illegal. Passive smoking is another thing, smokers should at least have the courtesy not to subject non-smokers to that.

No. I hate smoking with a passion, but I firmly believe in freedom of choice. As long as you're not doing it in a public building and blowing it in my face, have at it.
