^^agreed you WILL KNOW. It's the worst experience in the world but completely treatable. When I had it as a child my mom washed all my clothes, stuffed animals, and bedding and vacuumed everywhere, it's super contagious. I also kept my hair in a shower cap to prevent them from dropping out. You will also want to scratch your scalp off.

If you're not sure if you have it, you could possibly just have dandruff and some head & shoulder shampoo could fix it right up but do a heavy scalp check in a mirror for white eggs and the lice themselves (Google images to know what to look for) or have someone brave help you.

I personally had to have someone else check for me and do deep combing and the lice shampoo every time because they scared the heck outta me.

YES it will drive you crazy you will find small white eggs in your hair when coming and sometimes the bugs will fall out when they get real big i would go get lice shampoo before they all hatch breed and multiply becoming more itchy and unbearable or just shave your head quickest way
