Does the Cherokee Nation discriminate against half Black/ half Cherokee people ?

You can't be "half Cherokee" any more than you can be "half American citizen". You either ARE Cherokee (being a tribal citizen) or you aren't.

That said, there are many indians who have a black parent. They aren't considered "half black". They are considered indians, who happen to have some black ancestry.
