Roman Catholics: What do you think of the claims made by the Kolbe Center for the study of creation?
@PaulCyp- You go on and on putting everyone else down but you never show anything to substantiate your belief other than your claim.

Most Catholics, like most non-Catholics, have never heard of the Kolbe Center. However, the statement that biological evolution does not conflict with the teaching of the original and true Christian Church is correct. Jesus Christ promised the ONE Church He founded, and no other, "The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth", and "Whatsoever you bind upon Earth is bound in heaven", and "He who hears you hears Me". Truth cannot conflict with truth. Therefore, since the teaching of His Church carries a divine guarantee of truth, it cannot conflict with natural truths plainly revealed by science.
In contrast, among the thousands of conflicting churches of unauthorized manmade denominational religion, there are thousands of conflicting beliefs/teachings, which necessarily means thousands of false beliefs/teachings. As a result, the teachings of each denomination conflict with the teachings of other denominations, so it is no surprise that some of these untrue teachings also conflict with fully supported natural truths revealed by science.

As a catholic and as a former evolutionist I agree that evolution(theistic evolution that is) doesnt conflict with the church or bible, but unguided darwinian evolution does conflict with the Catholic Church and the bible, but thats a mute point with me as I left evolution about 5 years agao and im now a Catholic that believes in intelligent design. There are many of my fellow catholics that seem to have a problem with intelligent design but they shouldnt as ID is completely compatible with the church and the bible as well

Quote "If what you mean by evolution is loosely defined as “change,” then there is little reason to object.
Everyone believes in change, (macro evolution) but I still believe that God created the first humans Adam and Eve.
