Google Chrome is Being Muted In Windows 7?

EVERY time I try to go to any audio streaming website (Netflix, Vevo, YouTube, etc), my Windows 7 sound service mutes Google Chrome, and another hidden Google Chrome is open in my sound mixer playing ads (and it's muted too). This has been happening for about 7 months now, and I am beginning to get angry with it. ONLY Google Chrome does this, and I have not been able to get rid of it for quite some time now. I have to un-mute Google Chrome EVERY single time I listen to audio on any website. If anyone can provide a solution, I would be thankful.

uninstall chrome and reinstall (start fresh) this will fgix it...also check for malware...download malwarebytes from google...run a full scan and delete everything it finds (it won't remove any programs just viruses and general pup stuff...pup by the way is always bad.
