People who mine ₿itcoin don't report how much energy they consume, so others try to estimate it. Estimates vary, and some estimators debate who is right.
Forbes reports Google uses about 12.4 Terawatt hours per year.
Cambridge Bitcoin Electricity index has ₿itcoin using between 42 and 472 Terawatt hours per year, with 136 Terawatt hours per year as their estimate.

hard to say...mining bitcoins does use a lot of power...but im sure not as much as google worldwide

Google what? Google is a company.
and Bitcoin doesn't use electricity. it is a form of currency.
that is like asking how much electricity adollar uses.
