Reported multiple times. The comment is aggressive and sounds a threat if you read the conversation. But yet it is not being taken down.

The same reason reported posts here stay forever. Someone in authority doesn't care enough, doesn't have time, doesn't have enough reports to act, doesn't have a program that works as it should, or doesn't agree with your assessment.
