Do I have to chill vodka?

So I want to get some vodka but I don't want to put it in the fridge, but If I don't will I ruin it? Im not aloud to drink and If I bring home a random bag of ice that would be really suspicious. I'm not under age but I live with my parents and they don't want me drinking just yet. So I can't really keep it in the fridge or freezer. Could I put it in a cold room? I have a room in my house thats not used and is pretty cold. Could I store it in there? What I'm mixing the vodka with (also any suggestions for that?) will be cold. The vodka is Smirnoff and 40% alc. It will also be in the flask you buy it in 375 ml. Thanks!

There are many ways of drinking vodka, it doesnt need to be chilled though, no spirit has to be.

Drinking vodka chilled is the traditional russian way of drinking it but its not necessary, you can drink vodka at room temperature like i do or try mixing it with juice... and yes if your underage id suggest getting a 375ml bottle, their the small flask style bottles and theyd be alot easier to hide than a tall round 700ml bottle. the good thing about the flask bottle is they fit anywhere too so just pick a spot where you know your parents will never find it and hide it there.

    happy drinking =)

No, you don't have to chill vodka. Vodka is often considered to be the ultimate mixing liquor, due to its neutrality in flavor and aroma. The "screwdriver" is one of the most popular vodka based mixed drinks. It's just vodka and orange juice. But, really, you can mix vodka with soda or just about anything.

Nope, I don't even chill it any more though I do chill the shot glasses, it just seems to work.

It'll give you a slightly chilled vodka but one that you can easily pick out the different flavours of said vodka.

You don't have to store it chilled, but serving it at room temperature will be nasty.

Unless your parents are morons, they're going to smell it on your breath, so be careful.
