Got to Lose Weight (Specifics, Please)?

I've got to be flat-out honest. I'm a 15 yr old 5'7" guy who weighs 160. I hate my weight (and fitness, etc.) and my self-esteem is at about rock bottom because of it. I've tried multiple plans to lose weight, at one point even consuming nothing but juice for three weeks. The juice diet was the only one that worked, but of course I didn't keep it off. I'm really starting to hate myself. One big factor in the whole situation is that I really like this girl (I know it's stereotypical, but I'm being completely honest) who's pretty beyond belief. She likes me too, but she deserves way more than a fat guy like me. Because of school, I've got almost no time whatsoever. I'm in all the top classes and getting straight A's (again, not bragging at all, just being honest) and that takes a crazy amount of time.

What I want to know is what to do. I'm desperate to lose weight, but I don't know what do do or how to do it. Concerning exercise: I don't have a lot of time; I don't have exercise equipment or money to buy any; I'm not allowed to go to the gym or play school sports; and did I mention I've got almost no time whatsoever? Concerning diet: what and how much?

I really need specifics, like maybe even a plan. I'm seriously thinking about talking to some people I know who are in great shape and good friends of mine (albeit much older), including a national-status track runner. Like I said, I'm desperate, I'm tired of not knowing what to do, and I need specific help.

Thanks to everyone for all of your help, it's very, very much appreciated.

Update:

I completely disown this question, especially as it no longer reflects my opinions and/or situation. It was written at a point of unfortunate irrationality and is a sincere regret for me. I have contacted Yahoo! in an attempt to take down the question and gotten no response - which, of course, I am rather bothered about. I'm grateful for the answers given, but as I said they are unnecessary. I've made this mistake, learned from it, and will never do it again.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Doing an effective whole body conditioning and weight loss workout

can be done entirely at home without any fancy equipment. A couple of

dumbbells is all you will need. (Even if you don't have dumbbells

there is usually something lying around the house that is heavy enough

    to substitute in for them).

Here is a list of 20 exercises you can do right in your own home for

a great whole body conditioning and fat loss workout.

    Exercises:

    Group 1:

    Bodyweight Squats

    Bulgarian Split Squats

    Y-Squats

    Prisoner Squat

    Reverse Lunge

    Step Ups

    One Leg "Get Ups"

    Group 2:

    Push Ups

    Push Up and Point

    Mountain Climbers

    Decline Push Ups

    Push Ups/Stick Ups

    Step Up and Press

    Squat and Press

    Group 3:

    Plank

    Side Plank

    Curl and Press

    One Arm Rows

    Bird Dogs

    One Leg Deadlifts

Pick one exercise from each group and do them all back to back for a

mini circuit of 3 exercises. Do each exercise for a timed interval of

10 seconds for a total of 30 seconds per mini circuit.

As you get better at them work up to doing each exercise for 20

seconds for a total of 60 seconds per mini circuit.

Take 30-60 seconds rest between mini circuits.

For beginners do a total of 3 mini circuits to start. Working up to 4

or 5 as you get better at them.

Once you're ready to move to the next level add a second mini circuit

by choose 3 different exercises (one from each grouping). Do your

second mini circuit with the same time of work to rest ratio as your

    fist.

If you feel you are already at an advanced level you can add one or

two more mini circuits up to a total of 4 mini circuits. These 20

exercises are just an example of what is possible, there are dozens

more that would work in this mini circuit style, you can incorporate

any exercise that you like into these mini circuits. This style of

workout is a great complete whole body conditioning and fat loss

program you can do right at home in under 45 minutes.

Dude, you need a good cardio workout. Go buy yourself a MP3 recording device, record your classes or anything else you want to listen to, lace up your shoes, and hit the road. I got really fat in law school, because I pretty much spent all my time reading. The best way to cut the fat is cardio. And there's oftentimes, no better way to get past the boredom of exercise than listening to something that will keep your mind off the exercise.
