Does anyone really want an Obama planned retirement?

Based on the problems of his health care overhaul which continue to NOT address affordability, can anyone seriously want him to intervene in their retirement plans? If he has answers, why hasn't he used them to repair social security?

It's supposed to be for young people to start investing. It's not for a 50 year old to start saving for retirement. According to Obama (who is a very trustworthy President - NOT!), it would be guaranteed to make interest. How much interest, though, is a real question. You could put your money in a savings account and earns a few pennies in interest each year.

I have to ask one thing - If young people are not investing in a 401(k) plan or an IRA, why would they consider investing in something like this?
