How do I stop windows flick in Windows 8?

I just got a new computer that has windows 8.

When I drag a window (like a firefox or a word document) and I drag it to the top or right side the computer makes it full screen which is annoying.

Is there some setting that I can change so that when I drag a window to the top or side that it does not go full screen?

Thank you.

When you click to drag, avoid touching the pointer to the top of the screen. The Window won't snap to fulls screen that way.
