Why are God's people trying to violate my right to take a piss when I need it? Seriously, transgender people are not going into the bathroom to harm you, or invade your privacy. You've probably been in the restroom with a transgender person and not even known it. So to answer your question, the courts are trying to allow transgender people into a public restroom because it's their right as a human being to be in a public space.
