I can sure understand why you'd get an erection, I had a blood vessel ultrasound done where he measured blood flow through the vessels in my groin and much of the time he had the ultrasound machine next to by balls, the warm gel and the machine felt good, I did thicken up but didn't get erect. I'm sure if he was using it on my balls I would have gotten erect, not much you can do about that.

I am concerned about him rubbing the machine against your penis, that is not normal, the blood flowing through your veins flows at a certain rate, increasing blood flow to your penis is not going to change the blood flow in your balls. The blood isn't really flowing in your penis, it's engorging, it flows into your penis and stays there until after orgasm. What he did was inappropriate and illegal, you need to report it to the Dr. or hospital where this test was done, you might even want to consult with a lawyer and the police because that was sexual assault and he needs to be removed from his job.

Zack you have'nt got testicular cancer as you would have started a course of chemo by now. I think you must be careful as sometimes lumps in the scrotum can twist cutting of the blood flow, you will then get bad pain and the ache might be the start of this. Please visit your Dr asap and don't be embarrassed as they've seen hundreds of penises and testicles. make sure you go before the holiday because your travel insurance will not cover you if you're going abroad..
