What anime is this?!?

Only know this one scene, this guy is with this girl and God calls him on his cell phone and turns the boy into a girl, and promises to change him back if he stands on his hands with his feet in the air saying the name of his favorite historical figure. He messes up and stays a girl for the rest of his life
