I've read books such as "Save the Cat" on how to structure movie scripts. I wonder if such a guide exists for writing to TV episode length?

Yes, it applies to most stories really; story structure has been the same for centries ...the writer to "Save the Cat", just presented it differently. As for the time constrants...ofcourse, TV shows must edit/skip areas of their stories, but ultimately the structure is the same.
