A few that I know of that have starred in live-action production:
Kotobuki Minako (K-On's Tsumugi) - has a part in the upcoming live-action Kiki's Delivery Service movie
Tsuda Kenjiro (K's Suoh Mikoto) - has experience acting in dramas, films and stage productions
Toyonaga Toshiyuki (Blast of Tempest's Mahiro) - started as a child actor, has acted in films, drama and stage productions
Ono Kenshou (Kuroko no Basuke's Kuroko) - also started out as a child actor, has acted in films, drama and stage productions, also well known for voicing Harry Potter in the Japanese dub of the Harry Potter movies
I'm sure there are other voice actors who also act in live-action productions, but most that I'm familiar with are mostly involved in stage plays rather than commercial TV/film productions.

Not a huge fan of manga but I really like K-On! and Death Note's manga My favourite anime is Code Geass (Followed closely by Madoka Magica) My favourite voice dub actors are: Johnny Yong Bosch, Steve Blum, Crispin Freeman, Wendee Lee, Cristina Vee, Christine Marie Cabanos, Cassandra Lee Morris, Chris Patton, Spike Spencer, Yuri Lowenthal, Brad Swaile and Alessandro Juliani My favourite Japanese ones are: Aki Toyosaki, Tomokazu Sugita, Aya Hirano, Aoi Yukko, Jun Fukuyama. Rie Tanaka, Emiri Kato and Mamoru Miyano Watch mostly dubs which is why the sub list is smaller.
