Having a break from sleep?

Weird question but I have a weird sleep patters where I sleep at 1am then wake up at 5 then go back to sleep till 7:30 is this bad ?

    No it is not bad. It happens to everyone. You're probably uncomfortable while you're sleeping. Try getting more comfortable like sleep with your back facing to the ceiling. Or you can do something you feel good with.
