can someone on methadone take a drug test and pass a urine test after doing heroin?
or do they have to run a different test or specific test?? can they mistake heroin for methadone or any other opiate?? trying to get my bf busted by taking heroin while hes on methadone and cant understand why he hasnt gotten caught being that he has had piss tests thanks

Heroin shows up seperatly at the methadone clinic so he is probably leaving enough time in between getting high and seeing the doctor so they can't see it in his urine by the time he goes just the methadone shows up with no heroin like it should be .if he gets caught too many times then he will not be prescribed it anymore he won't go to jail like the other guy said lol. Most workplaces don't have tests for methadone u need a special one so if he is getting testes at work not the clinic then unless he has heroin in it then he is fine even with methadone.

It will show as an opiate. So unless his job knows he's on methadone he won't get in trouble.
