What does it mean when the dead appear in my dream?

Question

A couple of months ago i had a dream about someone that has already died very young(1986-2012) he was like family to me, my best friend. In the dream he told me something but i cannot remember what it was..what does this mean..is he trying to tell me something...i have a gut feeling that he didn't end his own life that someone else did...help!

Your dream is just a dream.  Your subconscious is out for a walk.  Stop trying to apply some "Big Meaning" to it.  There is none.

Your "gut feeling" is what is causing you to have these dreams, as his death is weighing heavily on your mind.   No, he is not trying to contact you.  It is You trying to go back in time to contact Him, and I'm not so sure this is a wise thing to do.  Unless you have evidence that his death was not accidental, then let it be, and release him from your mind.  Hold a kind and loving though of him in your mind, but move forward in your own Life.  He would want that for you.  It is time for you to let go and move on.

Remember this is your dream, so whatever your friend says to you in a dream, came from your mind, not his mind, living or dead, or crossed over.  Good luck to you!

I agree w/ Rose here. Unless this becomes a recurring dream, it is more likely that your spirit wants you to keep the good memories and let go of the past. If you hold onto this hoping that you could clear his name, it will eat at your soul for a long time and will become a root of bitterness. Your friend wants you to be successful in life, he wants your dreams to come true; and the Almighty Father desires for you to succeed in life and your relationships as well.

You still haven't released all of your feelings subconsciously that your friend was troubled enough to take his life.  It is a process and you must work through it.  You might have the dream a few more times until you work through your friends death.  That is very traumatic
