Probably done growing if you look grown, dude. No guarantee that you will be the same as your brothers in height or other attributes like hair or eye color; genes are funky and can cause one brother to be really tall, the next one much shorter. Just depends on which growth gene is dominant.
No, working out does not stunt growth. Recent urban myth. Look on the football or basketball teams- do they look stunted? And they work out a lot more than 3 times a week.

Nobody has any idea if or when you might grow taller - - because YOUR genetics (NOT your dad's or ANY of your brother's) have already pre-determined what YOUR final height will be.
YOUR genetics & your DAD's genetics & your BROTHER's genetics are NOT the same.
Genetics rule - you cannot re-program genetics.
You cannot MAKE yourself grow taller.
You can only learn to have patience - & wait to see what all develops.
You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later.

your final adult height has little to do with when you started puberty. I ended up at 6'2", while my sister ended up at 5'1".
