Why am I having trouble sleeping well?!?
For the past few weeks, I've been having trouble sleeping at night. I usually go to bed at 11pm but I can't fall asleep after that. I couldn't sleep the whole night for two days, and the third day I was back to normal. But the fourth day when I checked the time it was 4am in the morning. This is really bothering me as I need to wake up at 7am in the morning everyday and go to school. Does anyone know what is happening to me and is there anything I can do to stop this?

Hormones screw up my sleep schedule around my period. Lack of exercise and stress too. Try exercise tomorrow. Once you break the cycle it should stop but I take a Benadryl to sleep when this happens to me and drink chamomile tea. I hope you sleep!
