If, after doing all the cleaning and checking you're talking about, the system STILL runs slow, you've probably bogged down the system with the number of programs it loads when the system starts. Start uninstalling programs that you almost never use (or had forgotten you'd installed). Once this "cleaning" is done, it should be faster.

If that doesn't work... reinstalling Windows (full install option) will almost certainly do it - but you'll first have to reinstall all the drivers (including the drivers that let you access the internet - without them, your computer won't be able to download any other drivers). You'll also have to reinstall all your programs.

You probably will not lose YOUR data during the reinstall (as long as you don't format the drive while doing it) - but I'd recommend backing up anything that you consider important or irreplaceable.

One thing we don't do is sign a contract no refund or exchanges , if you didn't do this then make sure you have all your paperwork and take them to a small claims court to get your money back, you try reinstalling the os and start over again
