Need help with editing my report to make it sound good please.?

On February 12, 2014 at around 11:54 Am, I was monitoring the surveillance camera and I saw an unidentified individual inside elevator number 8, attempting to gain access to a floor. He was unsuccessful in gaining entry to said floor. His actions were very concerning. At 11:55 pm, I walked over to the elevator to checker whether it was a guest or a resident. When I arrived at the elevator, he went up on stairs Number four. I radioed security rover to come to the front desk. At 11:56pm, I told security to please head to the party room as soon as possible to identify who the person was in there. It was the same individual I saw on the surveillance camera. Security rover reported that he was trespassing in the building. Security came down with the individual to the front desk. The man stated that he was lost and he was not from around here I informed the man that he was trespassing in a private own property. Security asked me if we should call the Miami police department; I stated no and recommended that we just escort him off the property. I informed the individual that the next time he enters the property, we are calling the police for trespassing . The individual walked passed gate house security before walking inside the lobby I was not able to see him pass me at the front desk because I was following up on the current event log from the previous day.
