Can you give me some tips on dealing with kidney stones?

My wife has a 4 millimeter kidney stone ,she is being treated . Any tips on how to deal or avoid these stones?

    Hi there:Stones are caused by to much calcium in you're blood. I have had 3 stones no fun at all. I drink lots of cranberry juice this will help you a lot. it helps to flush out the kidneys. Also watch foods that have a lot of acid in them. You have a fine day.
