HP Pavilion a1210n PCU problem?
My computer has a problem. It turns on with fans on very fast and nothing happens. I put in my diagnostic card and it said error check PCU and power box. So I took out the power box and put in a nice new one. It says the same thing. What is a PCU and how do I fix this?

PCU = CPU
You have a 9 year old computer. It is time to retire it.
