I squeeze a random pore on my arm and it pops like a zit, please explain!?
I used to get like one or two breakouts on my arm and I know you're not supposed to pop them but I did anyway and it looked like a normal breakout, it was red and inflamed and everything and I popped it and the pus came out but also if I squeeze at a random non red, non inflamed pore, pus will still come out, why though? Like it's a normal looking pore but there's gunk in there

Don't worry, it's happened to me on my arm and my leg. It's just a swear gland. Obviously you don't use cleanser on it like you would use for acne, so sometimes sweat builds up and clogs pores--even on our arms. So when you squeeze it, puss comes out like acne. Don't worry, it's completely normal.
