Nonspecific stomach pain.?

I have had some stomach pain for the past few weeks. It is mainly located in the upper right section of my belly button but tends to move around. I have had pain all the way around my belly button and into my lower right section of my stomach. The pain is often bad enough that I can't sleep. My doctor ordered an ultrasound and it found nothing. So no issues with gallbladder or appendix. She said that there was no sign of infection in the CBC and checking my urine does not think it to be a kidney stone. She is going to be ordering a abdominal CT. Anyone have any thoughts what the issue may be?

Update:

It is also worse after I eat.

Maybe it is something only and abdominal CT scan will show. I have stomach pain for the obvious reasons women have pain. But this is unfamiliar to me. I hope by now you have found out whats wrong. God speed.
