I don't think so. In order for your body to become immune to something, it first has to see it as a threat. Your body will then produce antibodies to fight off whatever is threatening it, then you become immune. (You may get a cold multiple times, but you will never have the exact same strand). Your body will not see alcohol as a threat, therefore you will not produce antibodies.
