Take some x-ray photos on your thigh bone (the knee joint should be involved) and see if the epiphyseal plate is still available. If yes, than it's a good news. You can still increase your height. You're gonna need a lot of exhausting workout *since it triggers your growth hormone* and a lot of sleep and nutrition + supplement from wherever that can support your bone growth. For the supplement you can use calcium and growth hormone booster.
But if your epiphyseal plate is gone already, it's imposible for your bone to increase the length. Unless you do the surgery operation like what korean people do nowdays, which is soooo wasting money.
The last and the most powerful option.. Be grateful for what you are.

Your height weight hair and skin colour even penis size are all inherited from your parents and grandparents on your fathers and mothers family, even your race plays a big part in your genetics as people from the Indian sub continant are generally shorter than Amarican black african guys.
You need to think how tall is your father and his father and you will be in the same height range.
Unfortunately there is no exercise or medications you can take that will increase your height, just make the most of what attributes you are born with dont be overweight just be thankfull for what you are.
