ermmmmmm u do mean the piercing not the animal right?
if u mean the piercing then yes what you could do is get warm salty water and gently dab with a cotton bud or tissue then put surgical spirit and do u have a metal piercing or plastic cause if its metal the infection will come back you need to get a plastic one and clean the piercing regularly
