I need a 500 calories diet?
Hi. I'm 19, and I go to the GYM 3-4 times a week (exercise for 1 hour). But still, I want to loose weight more quickly. I know you're gonna say 500 isn't enough, starvation mood, blah blah blah, but I don't care. I'd be really thankful if you tell me about a good diet plan that consist only of 500-600 calories.

there is no good diet of only 500 to 600 calories.
this will cause damage to your body and also put it in starvation mode where you can't lose weight.

There's no such thing as a 500 calorie diet. Educate yourself on how the human body operates. Yes you need to eat at caloric deficit, but 500 calories will lead to a eating disorder and all types of issues you seriously don't want (hope you have insurance). You need to figure out how many calories your body uses per day. Then subtract the calories by 500. Eat at that number for a couple weeks. If the scale doesn't go down, subtract more until it starts to go down.

I drank diet milk for a month .And took about 420 calories/day for 1 week and drank over 2 liters of water .Yes I lost weight quickly but my skin looked horrible .

It's not just about starvation mode... It's about global energy balance, sufficient macro and micronutrient intake.
A 500 calories diet will be largely deficient in all of the following: energy, protein, fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals... We are talking major deficiency here... Pretty sure you would lose your menstruation as a first symptom after a while.

500 calorie diet? with 1 hour exercise ? you will probably gain weight and seriously harm your body. My cousin was really insecure about her body and did the same thing, she was hospitalised and looked like shiit. She was ruined physically and psychologically ( ended up depressed ). Please treat your body with respect or it will fail you. Don't try this
