What do you think of British justice..?

I feel we have become a weak nation, scared to dish out proper punishment, deserving of the crime committed

In a lot of cases, the victim has less rights than the convict

And right across the country, the sentence's given , make a mockery of the system

What have you experienced.

I would remind you that horrible crimes were still committed at the height of repressive Victorian times. Powerful emotions drive crime and murder, and fear of punishment is seldom capable of damping them down.

The repressive measures were displacement activity aimed at taking care of the public's basic need for revenge whilst keeping public order.

It's not so much that Justice has gone astray, as the Police Force has become a Police Service and abandoned its traditional role as the impartial public guardian of freedom and upholders of public decency.

Voters have chosen to vote for politicians who charge insufficient taxes to do the job properly and instead only seek to widen the gap between rich and poor.
