Should psychic hotlines be illegal?

    No, it's everyone's right to be scammed by someone if they want to be.

    I think that psychics should have to demonstrate that they have the ability to see into the future/read minds before they are allowed to claim this. Otherwise it is just false advertising and they are taking money without being able to demonstrate they are delivering what they claim they are. Of course, this would in effect be making psychics illegal, since none of them can do this.

    They should be illegal not because some collection of bronze age myths, fairy tales and other short stories says so. They should be illegal because they're exploiting people (as no actual psychics have ever existed).

    Leviticus says nothing about making them illegal.

    Let's start by removing the people that take your money, and then if we have time, we can worry about those who are given money by the foolish.

    yes most psychics are their aren't psychics its a hoax and already illegal in the us. knownlly selling faulty wares is a crime but its overlooked because the war on capitalism that's communism to punish them wtf
