It's going to be raining and it's outside so what do you guys think I should wear? Like I still wanna look cute and all but it's gonna rain..

You could wear a cute plain white tank top with a hoodie over top of it with a leather jacket and maybe some leather liquid leggings and cute wedge boot heels. Think very Cara Delevingne.
The jacket and hoodie will keep you warm and dry!
If you don't wanna do a hoodie wear a flannel that way if you get hot or it stops raining you can tie it around your waist and still be cute and on trend!

I'd wear a cute top, unzipped cute jacket with hood so your top still shows, and cute jeans and zip up boots, or tennis shoes if that's your thing. :)

If it's warm where the concert is, I would wear high waisted floral shorts
