You need to be more specific in your terms; they are very subjective.

What is a "large amount" of white people? What is a "pretty good" acceptance rate? What is a "warm" area?

By large population, do you mean a large school, or a school in a large city?

UCF if the first (Orlando, FL; 60% non-hispanic white: 46% acceptance rate), Tulane if the second (New Orleans, LA; they seem to be embarrassed (for good reason) to publicize their demographics but it looks like about 67% non-Hispanic white; 27% acceptance rate).

almost every college has too many white people. Trust me, you will not have to fear being the only white in a crowd of minorities 0_O
