No, that is a false statement, a straw man as it were, and who ever said that has nothing worth saying, so he has to lie to support his unsupportable claims.

Science and Truth are two different things. One has to do with the mind, and the other has to do with the heart. When you try to compare the two, you have made a grave error, such as trying to compare why elephants don't fly even though fish swim under water.

Truth is always truth, and it is true that you shouldn't harm others, whether it was said 2 minutes ago, 2,000 years ago, or 2 million years ago - it's still TRUTH. It's not science; and it's not even "rocket science", but people use science as an excuse for their lack of moral values.

Science will NEVER heal the broken heart or give hope for life after death. Science breaks down when it comes to Truth.

So, if you actually buy into this hype, then I pity you, because you're admitting that you don't care about moral Truths; you only care about facts that can be quantified! You stick with "1+1=2", and while that is a fact, I'll add to that "Love your neighbor as you love yourself", and both are ageless.
