If the bible is so true and god is such a reality,

why do you persue things like money and financial security instead of embracing poverty like it says to in the bible, so that you can spend all of your time here on earth following every little one of the bibles instructions to make sure god lets you into heaven?

Why care whether your children grow up to have money?, isnt them getting into the afterlife more important? doesnt the bible say money is the root of all evil and a rich man will have a harder time getting into heaven than a camal would getting through the eye of a needle?

I just bought two items from a seller on ebay for 'buy it now' and was wondering if I can wait 2 weeks to finish the purchase?

I usually buy my items from ebay on a Friday (commit to buy), and pay for them the following Friday, and yes I know there are no problems there because buyers have 7 days to finish payment but I was wondering if it will cause anything more then a message from the seller if I wait 2 weeks to pay. Will they get pi$$ed and cancel the transaction? or is it down to them and how they take it? Are they even able to leave the purchase open for that long?

I think its a big difference between us. even if god did come down and prove his existance to me and then commanded me to do that i would refuse. where as a christian would happily do it given that god only does right... right?, can you honestly still claim to have better and more justified morals then an Atheist going on this logic?... you people are luaghable.

So i was in the shower and i gradually started to feel quite tired (not in the need to sleep way, in the exhausted kind of way) and decided to quickly finish up showering. A few seconds passed and before i could finsh up, i found myself turning off the water to get out (and wasnt really in controll because my body was just trying to get me to sit down). i started feeling really dizzy as i got out, looked in the mirrior and my face and entire body were completely pale. Had to lean against the wall because i felt like i was going to collapse. My hearing started to go and then was replaced by a really loud ringing (almost sounding like a fuse being lit but really ringing deeply in my ear). My stomach felt really sick but i didnt need to get sick at all. Started trying to walk out of the bathroom but was finding it hard to walk and my vision started to go completely blochy and i wasnt really thinking straight. got over to the bed and sat down and it all went on for a while and then slowly faded away and now i'm fine. I can remember the exact same thing happening a few years ago one day and again, nearly fainted, couldnt hear/see, or talk when people were asking me what was wrong as i was sitting down in the middle of the street where it was happening. Again, it stayed for about 2 minutes and then started to fade and i was fine again. Also breathing very deeply when it happened both times and coudnt really think anything accept basic kind of observational thoughts.

Dont think its anything of a big health scare because i feel fine after it and it happend a few years ago and nothing ever came of it but still, its such a thing that you cant forget happening so was just wondering what it could be.

Anyone else have this happen to them?
