645.480 US dollars your really cutting it close with razorblade precision but it may be possible.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9S... and no wounder its out of stock, but as you can see, its possible if you have lots of time on your hands to nab these bargains.
Just look for an All AMD laptop under 650$ with 2 GPU's (APU build in GPU will have a G at the end, while an integrated MXM board will have no letter or an M on the end of the number.
just use common sense.
P.S.
Nvidia likes to run hot, Im guessing thats not a good thing for your climate.

you can go for hp d6 or one with same conifg. becoz i remember it had 6gb ram on i5 core and around 1tb hdd. and 4gb graphic card . hope this would solve your problem
