How can I remove mildew from shower grout when Tilex doesn't work?
i've sprayed tilex on the grout of my shower wall tiles several times and let it soak in. While it does help some, it doesn't remove all of the dark mildew stains. is there anything else i can do?

Get a spray bottle fill 50/50 bleach and water
After every shower spray this over your tiles and leave
As the water runs down it will take the bleach with it
This will whiten your grout without you scrubbing
Twice a year I use car polish on my tiles
This also helps the water run off them quicker

For sure you want to make sure your bathroom is well ventilated. Mildew thrives in damp areas, areas with high humidity, warm environments, etc.
That being said, you need to regularly scrub the shower area because body oils and soap scum will encourage the growth of mildew.
You can use a mix of bleach and water mixed 50/50. Spray it on the surface and it will remove the mildew fast.

This stuff is better than bleach, I use it on outdoor vinyl fences which get green and it makes them as white as snow. With very little effort. Spray it on, wait, then wash it off. Only thing I will use.
