Its just like 3 lines saying what high school i went to and when i graduated, and that i got a career in technology diploma. do i really need to put that on my resume? i've heard it should only be one page long.

i've sprayed tilex on the grout of my shower wall tiles several times and let it soak in. While it does help some, it doesn't remove all of the dark mildew stains. is there anything else i can do?

i just installed harry potter and the chamber of secrets on my pc, and any object or character that moves is constantly flickering. i've tried running the game in compatibility mode but it makes no difference. is there anything i can do? i used to love this game and its really annoying!

i like to cook dinner with my sister and her husband a lot. but he and i both have stomach conditions that are easily aggrivated by tomato sauce. we would love to find a recipe for red sauce that we won't regret eating 20 minutes later. I'm looking for something with lots of veggies like peppers and the like... does anyone know an alternative way to make it so that it is less acidic? thanks!!

i have never made a quilt before and i've been reading up on how to make a very simple baby quilt. its just going to be solid squares of different fabrics in a checkerboard pattern. i have never bought fabric before so i need some advice on how big to make the quilt and how much fabric to buy.

ok so this is gross but i work on my feet all day, and my feet get wet often. and especially in the winter time my skin gets very dried out. i've noticed all of my cuticles on my toenails have become very dry and are white and flaky around the entire border of my nails. what can i do to fix this?? it makes my feet look so ugly!

I have a pork loin that is already pre-marinated and seasoned, and some potatoes, carrots, & onions. last time i did this i cooked it in the oven but i want to use my new crock pot. The pork loin is almost 4lbs. and the package says in the oven you would cook it at 425 for 30minutes per pound. How does that translate into crock pot time? I need to know what temperature to set it at and how long to let it cook. THANKS!

so.... i have a sewing machine that my aunt gave me, and i know a TINY bit about sewing. i haven't used a sewing machine in years though so i wouldn't even know how to thread the thing. i really want to make a quilt with it, but i'm not sure where to start. i watched a little tutorial video but i'm not sure what all i need to buy before i get started. or how much fabric i'm supposed to ask for at the store or anything like that.... does anyone have any advice or resources where i can learn about this before i get started? I manage a team of 7 employees at a car wash. Most of them are under the age of 19. I have a couple of great employees who rarely slack off but for the most part my team is severely lacking in performance. I haven't been a manager that long... a few months. This is my first management position. I thought i would be able to treat everyone like adults, and that they would be responsible enough to do their jobs right without me micromanaging them. But it seems like they'll do whatever they can to get out of doing much besides holding up a wall for their whole shift if i'm not there. I don't want to have to write people up for every little thing, and i don't want to have to be EXTREMELY specific and make orders all the time, and have to threaten them with write ups all the time. My boss says "you're not there to make friends" and i understand that...but i have to work with these people every day. I would think it would be easier to get their respect if they don't all hate me for being a micromanaging jerk all the time.... can anyone with management experience offer some advice??

i have a 2005 chevy cobalt and yesterday, i had my car parked out by my apartment's mailboxes and left it running while i checked my mail. i got back in the car and tried to back up but my accelerator wasn't working. it didn't rev or anything. i turned the car off and back on about 5 times before it would let me back up, and then i only drove it a few hundred feet to my driveway when it stopped working again and i had to just coast to a stop in my driveway. later, i turned the car on and was able to drive up and down my street a few times with no problems. i tested the accelerator in park and neutral also and it revved like normal. but now i am scared to drive anywhere in case it happens again. i really need to know whats wrong with it, or how i can find out.

how can he make sure he is getting up on time? we have tried setting multiple alarms, there is even another alarm clock, a very loud one in fact, in the living room that you have to walk out of the room to turn off. but he sleeps through it.

i have an employee who does a great job at work... one problem. he has HORRIBLE body odor. its offensive. everyone complains about it so i know the customers notice it too. but how on earth can i walk up to this sweet kid and tell him he smells like an arm pit?

i need to find a way for a character to explain to my MC that he's a shape-shifter, and that he was the cat that was following her around earlier. This is right where the story will start transitioning into magic/supernatural stuff. so obviously she isn't going to believe him at first. I want her to say "that's impossible" and for him to respond with some kind of "you wouldn't believe how many things you think are impossible that are actually real" or something like that. but i'm not sure how he can phrase "yeah i'm totally a cat-person" without it sounding ridiculous.

i'm on an HP laptop, using Chrome. Every video i try to watch online, like youtube, wimp, facebook, etc. is EXTREMELY quiet! but i can listen to online radio fine, and playing games on the computer sounds fine. just videos i try to watch. i attempted to watch them on internet explorer to see if it was any better and its still very quiet. anyone know whats wrong? everything in my mixer is set at max volume.

i drive an 05 Chevy Cobalt and about 3 times now i have had trouble starting it. when i turn the key nothing happens. it just clicks. i can turn on the accessories but not start the engine. the engine doesn't rev or anything, it just goes click, click, click, every time i try turning the key. i have to remove the key, wait a minute, and try again and it will eventually start. is this my starter going bad or what? and how expensive is that to fix?

i am receiving collection notices from a dermatology bill from when i was 16. i was covered under my mother's insurance at the time. the claim was denied and put up for appeals. they called my cell phone (when i was a minor child) to harass me about the bill. i kept telling them to call my mother or her insurance company. now i'm 22 and getting collection notices about it, saying it is negatively affecting my credit. should this be considered my responsibility?
