Will this power supply fit my computer case?

My current power supply is 150mm x 140mm x 86mm (5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches)

The PSU I want is 5.90" (150mm) H x 6.22" (158mm) D x 3.34" (85mm) W

can this fit or do i need to find an exact match?

Update:

okay, I guess I shouldn't buy that PSU, any recommendations on what I should get? please nothing over $100 and I would like it around $50.

Update 2:

I need at least 500W and 2 6 pins also.

Update 3:

And my case is a mid size ATX.

    psu is 40 with rebate.

has 6+2 x2 connectors that means it can either be used as a 6 pin or a 8 pin

Yes it will fit but that's a terrible psu. If you don't get a name brand it can fry your expensive components. I'd buy a Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, or Silverstone psu because I know they make good quality components.
