how does hypothyroidism affect a man?
I had a doctor tell me a while back I'll have thyroid problems, and I've been researching because I've been not my self for a while. And I match multiple symptoms.
I'm trying to make an appointment but I was just curious on how hypothyroidism affects a mans mind and body.

Healthy thyroid function depends on a range of nutrients, especially selenium, folic acid, and iodine. Since most people cannot optimize levels of these nutrients through diet alone, a medical–grade supplement is vital. It is important for hypothyroid treatment to identify the stressors you face and learn techniques and activities that can help you reduce your stress.
