Need help learning how to fight?

I'm in a fairly new relationship, and we're in love and very committed, but I have now discovered that I have no skills when it comes to disagreements or problems. I need to figure this out because I want my relationship to be better for both of us, so, anyone know of any good books about this?

    Present your concerns in a fair manner. Try to avoid blaming your partner. Tell them you want a rational response, and you are willing to give them some time on it.
