Why do non believers say such vile things about someone and something they know nothing about?

If they admit that there is a God (or even bother to consider that there is one) then they have to deal with the fact that they are sinful and will go to hell. There is only one way to heaven and that is through faith in Jesus Christ. They struggle against this because they can't face reality.

Ephesians 4:18 "They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart."

Why do you have to spew such hatred toward others ? If you believe fine but don't condemn those of us who don't believe. You may at some time in the future change your beliefs,you never know ..

Why do Christians disrespect Muslims by claiming Muhammad is not a prophet? Why do Muslims disrespect Christians by claiming Christ was not the Son of God?

Stop trying to have your BELIEFS taught in schools, stop trying to have laws passed to discriminate against people because of what your bible says and stop using hardline religious beliefs to make important choices which affect us all, ie - voting a retard into presidency because of his religious faith. Also stop thinking you can take my tax payers money to fund your churches and stop thinking you have any grounds to say someone who doesn't believe your nonsense cant be moral. If you want to believe in nonsense, fine, but as soon as you start affecting me with it, I'm going to start criticising.

Believers have said some incredibly vile things about atheists here, far more personal and insulting than anything atheists say.

I've never said a vile thing about crocheting, backgammon, reverse osmosis water filtration, or George Formby.
